The previous process they used required a variety of tools including Snagit, Microsoft Word, and manual video recordings. They wanted a solution that could reduce their overall production time and make it easier to edit or revise content without starting over from scratch.

The ease of use also brought Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and other instructors who did not typically participate in content development into the fold for collaboration.
