Team Accounts

Open the door to collaboration.

Team collaboration lets you invite users to your iorad account so you can work together. You can assign them permissions like Create Only, Create & Team View, Create & Team Edit, or Admin.

Create Only.

Create Only allows a user to create tutorials. They won't be able to collaborate or view any team tutorials.

Create & Team View.

Create & Team View allows users to create their own tutorials and view tutorials created by other team members. They won't be able to edit other team members tutorials.

Create & Team Edit.

Create & Team Edit gives users the ability to create tutorials and collaborate or co-edit with other team members.

Admin.

Admin has the most control. These users can create tutorials, collaborate or co-edit, manage or invite team members, and edit help centers, categories, and tags.
